We deliver nationwide across the US and Canada.

How do I track my delivery?

You can find your tracking number in your email in your confirmation order or you can login to your account.

What is your shipping time frame?

Your order will be processed and shipped within two days of placement, with delivery typically occurring within three days. You may also select a preferred delivery date beyond the three-day window, ensuring your items arrive precisely when desired. While FEDEX and UPS are generally reliable with their delivery times, please be mindful of potential delays due to customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. For important events, we recommend scheduling delivery a day in advance to ensure the flowers arrive in perfect condition and full of freshness

What happens if the recipient is not home to receive my delivery? 

Perishable items will not maintain well after 12 hours, especially in extreme temperatures. However, as long as the flowers are trimmed and placed in water prior to this time frame, they should bloom. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds. To ensure the best experience, please confirm that either you or the recipient will be available to receive the delivery. Saturday deliveries are available for recipients with busy weekday schedules, and FEDEX and UPS typically deliver between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

In most cases, adjustments are not possible. Please thoroughly verify the address before proceeding with your order.

What should I do if my order is late? 

Please navigate to our contact page. In the subject line, kindly specify "Late Delivery" followed by your order number

Are all products available for delivery in Canada and the US?

Most products are available across all regions; any exclusions will be noted in the product details.

Are all flowers perishables?

Indeed, while some flowers are more robust and durable than others, all are inherently delicate and perishable. Much like fruits, certain varieties have a shorter lifespan than others

How long can flower be left outside after delivery?

Ideally, flowers should be placed indoors and immediately processed, placed in water. However, after delivery they should not be left out for more than 8-12 hours, especially in extreme seasonal temperatures.

Exchanges are only offered under specific circumstances. As growers and suppliers, we are committed to delivering the freshest flowers and rely on various factors to ensure the arrive beautifully, we do recognize that occasional inconsistencies may necessitate an exchange, please contact us with your concern.
